Tutorial Pixton



Pixton is a website that allows teachers and students to construct their own comic strips. There are a variety of comic strip layouts, numerous character and background choices, and a ton of creative options  This is a great learner-centered tool that allows students to construct their own knowledge and display it in a way that is meaningful to them by allowing them to create comics representing their concepts and ideas.


First, we access the website https://www.pixton.com



Then, we will find the options Sign in and Log in. We can Log in with Facebook, Google, Edmodo or Office 365. 



Once we Log in, we will find the following options:


If we press the Create New... button, the following options will be displayed: 


If we press on the Create a Comic Strip button, the following options will be displayed: 


We choose one, and the following options will be displayed


Once we have chosen the background, we have to choose how many characters the comic will have 



If we choose the option Create a Storyboard, the following options will appear:


The last option is Create a Graphic Novel. If we press that button, the following options will appear:


Once we have chosen what we want to produce, we will find different options. We can choose the face of the characters, we can add pictures and then, we can print it, download it or just publish it. 



Finally, this button is used to Log out:
